ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

This is why I never understand the cult of Apple. They cost more, are harder to get sometimes and the company doesn't seem to like acknowledging that they made a mistake.
Love the name by the way, although I wish you hadn't blown up my dog Biscuit :(
