ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I've had the same trouble with '3'but instead of calling they just sent me a phone then sent me a bill a month later for a contract I never asked for.
and now I'm contracting for them so i can waste man hours and steal their money
