I get fucked off when the monkeys get stroppy when I ask to be put through to a supervisor.I did that call centre malarkey years ago, never bothered me putting calls through to a supervisor.
Mind you, I was shit at the job and got sacked, so maybe I'm not the best role model.

I'm awesome in the call centreand we still do this shit. Most customers get told politely to fuck off, and then the call gets "escalated" so they can hear a slightly more senior person tell them to fuck off.
