ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

I have readthat there is an official Olympic pamphlet which gives hints that when Aussies start talking about poms, take it as affectionate. I didn't realise that there may be people out there who don't get our kind of welcome.
