ComplainingI like writing letters of complaint to companies containing the words "premier league muppetry", if only to give the poor office workers a good laugh on an otherwise dull day. Have you ever complained? Did it work?

Gang of utter arse heads the lot of 'em.At one point, three years ago (possibly still do so, that was the last time I checked), I had three council tax numbers for some reason. I've given up trying to explain that I'm only one person and only pay to one of the numbers now.
