You have to search through the B3tan wilderness till you discover the Guardian of Almighty Fail
Upon confronting him, he will bend over and expose his cavernous arsehole; this is the Gateway of Fail and entering it leads you directly to the Great QOTW Fail Archive. Paradoxically, the Guardian will also be there waiting for you again, and he will direct you through the lists of Fail with his own little labels and directions and commentary on each shining gem of utter crap. Crapgems that he has carefully gleaned from the rivers of QOTW gold in a perverse reversal of normal panning, and stuffed firmly into his archive.
