Do you really want help?OK. Then seek help. There are people trained to help you with phobias and mental blocks. But don't go in seeking a sympathetic ear to your vitriol. Do you understand the difference between a joke and -let's face it- relatively unfounded hate? You can harbor anger toward a person for their actions, but hating a people for one or two lousy individuals is how wars start.
Think carefully about what it is you are angry at.
