I believe that daytime TV is a government conspiracy.
Remember the last time you were off work, genuinely sick? After a day or two, when you started to feel human again, you suddenly realised that you were watching Jeremy Kyle and Cash In The Attic, and decided that you were well enough to go to work the next day.
The only explanation for daytime TV is that it's carefully designed to force sick people back to work. There's no other way it could be that bad.
