I thinkI may have actually now you mention it. He also had loads of stories about being a roadie in the 60's and 70's. Joey somethingorother his name was. Turned out he was a really nice bloke and pretty decent guitar player.
Mind you, I do this with most people that knock on the door. I had the Jovs turn up one day, so invited them in for a chat and a drink. Was actually quite interesting, despite being a practicing atheist.
