Leek MushI enrolled in a program where I receive a box of fresh vegetables biweekly. In season, I received bunches of leeks. What are leeks? They look like giant onions, so I thought maybe something like French Onion soup would be nice. So, disregarding my lack of a recipe, I made something that might be called leek mush. It wasn't as appealing as it sounds.

I guess being Americanyou aren't used to fresh "ingredients" or vegetables.
