My housemateHad a flat of his own and tried to get BT broadband a few years ago. To cut a short story shorter they wired it to the above address and after 6 weeks of it still not being sorted blamed him and basically 'obliged' him to pay it. They received a post dated cheque for six weeks later. He said, "I had to wait six weeks for your service, you're going to have to wait six weeks for your money".
