This is a question The Credit Crunch

Did you score a bargain in Woolworths?
Meet someone nice in the queue to withdraw your 10p from Northern Rock?
Get made redundant from the job you hated enough to spend all day on b3ta?

How has the credit crunch affected you?

Just thought I'd pass this on.
I was listening to radio 4 late one night when they re-ran "moneybox" or some such thing.
I gleaned an interesting quote from it which I think bears repeating here.

"Just remember that this economic downturn, credit crunch, recession, whatever you wish to call it, WIll cause unemployment. However, most of the people listening to this programme will still be in employment in a year's time".

Don't panic.

Most?
so 51% of Moneybox listeners will still have a job? That's only twelve and a bit people.

If you're eating breakfast
Perhaps you don't want to look for a picture of the presenter, Vincent Duggleby (may have spelled his name wrongly).

He puts Michael Howard to shame, it's no wonder he is on radio, the bright lights of the TV studios probably damage him.

Its because
the proles who lose their jobs are all Radio 1 listeners. Huzzah! More John Humphries and Caviar nibbles!
