EngineeringAs part of my engineering degree we did a module on Health & Safety, COSHH and so on. In one lecture the tutor said "Right, today we are doing industrial accidents." Along with Flixborough, one in France where methane gas tanks blew up and burnt so hot that firemen were carbonised on to the concrete floor and of course the Byford disaster. Then without a by your leave he put up a slide show of the aftermath pictures for all these and many more. Some people lost their breakfast.
