I can't watch the bit in 'American Werewolf in London' where (IIRC) he sits up in a bed in the middle of the woods, with yellow eyes and a purple tinge to the skin (I think it's part of a dream sequence)... I would watch it again to give you a better description, but tbh I'm too much of coward!
