The Garden of Earthly DelightsIn an effort to give me something to answer the endless 'But why?' questions that children ask, my mum bought me an encyclopedia. In it was a picture of the 'Garden of Earthly Delights' by Bosch (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6d/The_Garden_of_Earthly_Delights_by_Bosch_High_Resolution.jpg).
As a small child the third section scared the bejeesus out of me. a personal highlight is the guy getting swalowed whole by a bird, whilst birds fly out his arse.
