Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Yesterday an old Irish fella phoned up, saying he was having problems with his Windows System Restore.
"Sorry, I don't know anything about computers," I said. He believed me too.
