to be fair (fare)I'm one of those people. It's a saturday night, it's 9pm, we're phoning from a pub and we want to go to town where all the late night bars are. The pubs are all basically in the same place so i kind of expect the phone operator not to need a specfic pub naming as those decisions are usually made on the way down.
