Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

I feel your pain
I too worked in Somerfields from the ages 17-20 and a lot of the "posher" customers assume you are a retard, and that even if they ask you for help you're probably gonna be too thick to be able to. "Where is your elderflower cordial? el-der-flow-er?"
Of course the retards were the managers and supervisors, you know the ones - the "lifers" making a career out of working in a supermarket. These were often worse than the costomers as they had no idea how to run a supermarket or even their little department.
