Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Are the ones with enough knowledge to cause damage, yet have no knowledge of what they are trying to achieve.
The local "guy who knows about computers" types are the sheer bain of my existence, as they always "repair" things by breaking them further.
