The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.

Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Yes, this actually happened to me and it's one of the few times where I actually feel threatened working 3rd shift where I do. We've been robbed once before, and I don't really wish for that re-occur.

It is nice that he apologized though. I do agree with that. I guess it's just my belief that if I lost something and it's because I left it behind, I don't have the right to accuse anyone. Maybe I'm unique in that aspect.
