...here in the US...on entry to pretty much every store, you are greeted unenthusiastically by some poor chump loitering around the door, and the checkout staff like to confirm that "You found everything OK" on exiting. The correct response (I haven't been here very long, but am observing the natives) appears to be "UhHuh".
