Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

thats rubbish treatment.
I have, and a couple of friends do work in hospitals, and they are all either run really well or are a complete shambles with nothing in-between.
Well your birthday beer just turned into a birthday gallon
