I've done something similar.I phoned Bed Shed and berated them for their their incompetence when they told me they had no record of an order against my name only for me to realise half way through the "conversation" that I had actually placed my order with Bed Depot.
I duly apologized, put the phone down and realised I was turning into my dad.
