Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Dumb things customers say. Part two.
'Well can I have someone else's?' In response to being told that the last item or appointment has been reserved by someone else.

I learnt
..the hard way with this one. I'd mentioned we had another in stock, though it was reserved. Cue 45 minutes of me being screamed at by a customer (he'd managed to aqcuire a faulty one) I'd normally have swapped them and re-ordered for the other customer but it happened two days before christmas...
The lesson learned - it's much, much easier and simpler to say "it's out of stock" :-)
