Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Slightly OT I suppose, but that has always bothered me when someone can afford to get the better version of a thing, but they spring for the 'I'm a cheap swot' type. Sure, your wallet takes a hit for now, but it's worth it in the long run. Case in point - was ragging on a friend who had bought a cheap mouse/keyboard to replace his failing peripherals. Within one week his mouse has gone stupid, whereas my Logitech set I've had for nigh on three years is still going strong.
Er...sorry. The door's this way?
