Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

We do a loyalty card scheme. Every time you take two books out you get a stamp, and after 5 stamps you get a free DVD/CD/talking book rental.
Me: Yes sir, you can rent anything you like for free
Man: What, even the books?
