Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

Forms
Edinburgh University has a brilliant online application form, it rolls down the page for many clicks and takes ages to fill in. The first time you do it you find out the page times out after about ten minutes and you have just wasted an hour, the only way to get through it is to paste correctly formatted details from notepad or somesuch in (really quickly) and that needs knowledge of the format beforehand, hillarious.
