Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

...I always got mistaken for staff in MVC on my lunch break, despite A: Wearing a shirt, tie and trousers, and B: MVC staff wear a fucking uniform. The bloke who asked me where Phil Collins was kept got the shitty end of that exchange. Ignorant twat.
