Customers from Hell
The customer is always right. And yet, as 'listentomyopinion' writes, this is utter bollocks.
Tell us of the customers who were wrong, wrong, wrong but you still had to smile at (if only to take their money.)

I remember seeing
on one of those police chase programs that are on late (so when you come back a bit merry from the pub you can watch the scum of the Earth getting what they damn well deserve), a taxi with a hidden camera showing the driver and the back seats.
Some chap gets in, and pulls a knife once they're moving and tries to rob the cabbie. Of course the cabbie panics, and simultaneously tries to wrestle the knife out of the criminal's hand AND deliberately crashes the cab - since he's wearing a belt and the evil bastard in the back isn't.
That second action took care of things, really. The video evidence sent the human wankstain down for a long time.
