Congratulations!Did you go to Gilmans or Uhuru? I climbed it as well a few years ago.
The last push for the top was the worst for me, not sure if your group was similar to mine but we made final ascent at 2am, so the whole way up the skree run it was pitch black, freezing cold and you had no idea how far it was to the top. That was the worst time ever, took everything in me to keep going. that was followed by the best feeling ever when I made it to teh top :D
You will remember that moment for years to come.

I think you mean UluruWhilst I'd quite like to climb up Lt. Uhuru (at least, the 1968 version) I suspect you're talking about a certain Australian rocky outcrop.
I reckon I would remember the last push to get over the top, too
