The Lone Groover says "I've just taken down a pergola with a metre-deep Russian vine over the top. It had nine birds' nests in it, and had rotted all of the cross timbers. Dealers in the small Scottish town near me cut off a client's head
when he was a bit late making a payment. They did it in public. With a hacksaw. He wasn't dead when they started.
