Destruction, Demolition and Deconstruction
The Lone Groover says "I've just taken down a pergola with a metre-deep Russian vine over the top. It had nine birds' nests in it, and had rotted all of the cross timbers. A colleague has just got an electric pencil sharpener on his desk.
We keep shortening his pencils by a few centimetres every day after he leaves. Does that count?

Yeah, but it's the wanton generation of shavings that makes us feel a bit bad.
We've been putting the shavings into the recycling bin to assuage our discomfiture.
