DentistsMy current dentist is called Mr Stiff.
Back when I was at university though, I had enormous pain in my jaw one morning - so bad I went as an emergency case to the uni dentist.
He took one look at the back of my mouth and said, "Ah, wisdom teeth. Impacted. They'll have to come out."
He then reached under the chair and came out with an enormous industrial (and entirely non-dental) pair of pliers, "I can do it now if you want..."

not too long ago...i had a dentist who just kept yapping away at her assistant while she was fixing a cavity. that, of course, involved anesthetics and drilling. okay, so she put the anesthesia and i'm not supposed to feel any pain in that area. she starts drilling away but guess what. there she is, talking to her assistant while drilling, when suddenly i feel an intensely sharp pain ON MY TONGUE! the cow drilled the side of my tongue!!!!! >_____<
after that incident, i immediately sought another dentist. the one i go to now is really nice and gentle. AND HE PAYS ATTENTION TO HIS WORK!
