i thinkit's mostly genetic. i've got friends who panic about missing sleep and eating chocolate because of spots, but still get them. i can go for days with no sleep and eating rubbish or days of 6 hours a night and loads of fresh fruit/veg and water, and my skin looks exactly the same; i'm v lucky there.
now if only i could say the same thing for the dreaded stomach!
