Get OutI got promoted to management and totally loved the responsibility and the fact that I could actually influence how things operated in at least my club.
1) I got it from both ends (oooer). I had a harrassment complaint lodged against me because I dared to discipline a homosexual employee that was stealing from the till. From the bosses was due to me complaining about working 70 hrs per week and getting paid for 40.
2) STRESS!! Gah, no job is worth stress.
