Worst part is
He's still in his job despite more complaints about him than I can count. He also sexually harassed a woman along with another member of staff. The other bloke was fired over it, but he told the woman that if she said it was all the other bloke he would promote her to head of department. So she did which makes her a terrible person too.

But many people including me witness them both groping her at a bar. Only one of them got fired and she got promoted.
