She said even the omelettes were pre-made.
Looking at the menu now there seems to be a lot of grilled and fried items and not so much 'stuff in sauce' so they may have changed a bit since 2005.

I don't think I've been in one since the 1990s but it was mostly steak and chips back then.
Microwaved omelette sounds pretty grim. If you can't make an omelette then you shouldn't be allowed in a kitchen.

I was a Chef years ago
and it made me cry how many so called Chefs applied for jobs yet couldn't make a basic Béchamel, fillet a fish or basic soups Blah blah.
Most of them had learnt to microwave things in bags.

In life there are cooks and there are Chefs.
