no, the story is
i used to work for an international property consultants. This involved sourcing properties, finding tenants, generally looking after the properties and making sure rent was being paid.
We're talking whole shopping centres and business parks, with six figure quarterly rents, not the two up two down at the end of your street.

On one particular occasion the bank was behind on it's rent, and so i called and asked for it to be paid. They said no problem and they would pay it.

They didn't, so I called again and advised that if it was not paid by lunchtime the following day I would take action to ensure payment was recovered. I was assured that it would be.
It wasn't. So I sent in the bailiffs. I recieved a call from the bank manager shortly after lunch offering payment and furious that the bailiffs had gone in. Fuck 'em
