When I've not been asked to wait or be patient.
No really, it's fine. I've got all day to wait around while you fail to keep to your agreed time scale and then offer no explanation whatsoever.

And don't fucking say sorry either unless you really mean it. Empty words don't excuse incompetence or indifference.

I look forward to the day
that train companies etc are forced to give honest announcements for delays and we get:

"Later Angrier Greater Anglia don't give a damn about the late running because we can massage the figures to meet our imaginary targets anyway. This delay was caused by raging incompetence on the part of everybody involved".
