Blood BlisterI think it's called.
Ive spotted 2 or 3 and theyve also been on my fingers, i asked my mum what they were when i was wee and she said they were called blood blisters, some sort of minor internal bleeding. I never picked at them, i got rid of the boredom by pressing them so the skin went white and letting go to watch the redness creep back into the area. although if i get one again i'll definitely pick it!
