OuchI deeply sympathise with the ribs thing - I had a head-on car crash a few years ago and for weeks I couldn't cough, laugh, lift, it was a nightmare.
Worst thing ever was driving on the motorway about 3 days after the accident, I unexpectedly sneezed. It was one of the most painful experiences of my life O_o
