UnfortunatelyI am not a qualified suveyor so don't know if it exactly 45 degrees, all I know is it is bloody steep!
And I'd call the handle bars pointing a completely different way to the wheel (which is also bent up) pretty fucked.
*Edit* PJM I see your mates bike was £7k, so really the bike I was on wasn't that expensive (£1k) Enough to piss the guy off though!
