ChauffeurHeheh...I did that once. Shortly after learning to drive, the school had a dance, and I didn't have a date. So I offered to chauffeur my friend and his date, in his car. But his car was an automatic, and mine was a manual, thus my left foot was constantly slamming down the brake pedal when my brain deemed it time to shift.
I still drive a manual, and my wife's car is an automatic. Luckily I've learned how to switch back and forth in the 15 years since that dance.
