Surely based on your math, figures and timings if you worked for 1 and half hours (11 to 12:30) and received £30 your annual salary would be £40k (£20 per hour doubled = £40 multiplied by 1000 = £40k).

£30 for an hour and a half.
about £27.5 p/h x 2 = £55 p/h x 1000 = £55000.
