They're the same thing, I thinkI've got a Honda Jazz (yeah, yeah, I know...) and I think it's sold as the "Fit" in the USA. It's a weird little car but quite big on the inside (four people and their mountain bikes) and very efficient. Which means not very fast or nippy.
No massive supermodels for me then.
