yes it's Northern IrelandI have been told the exact age is 17 and 3 months. The reasoning behind that is that in theory if you fall pregnant or father a child you will be 18 or close enough when it is born.
Hard to believe but when you live in N.Ireland it's not, if that makes sense, I have no idea if it's true or not.. It's a fucked up place, I mean they protested against shops opening on a Sunday, even though newsagents and petrol stations have always been open on Sundays.
The place is a religious zealots paradise.
