I like how you've clearly indicated you're exceptional at what you do,
...and still people reply with "well have you thought of this...?"
I'm not as world class, but have spent a while becoming a bit of an expert on bicycles - I've built and wrenched for various pro teams - and still I mention I'm a mechanic and people say "oh, you should get down to Halfords, they've got a sale on" or "why does anyone need to spend more than £100 on a bike?"
