BTW the shyte houses are now selling for about 80k each.
(the semi is now approx 160k).

Me too...In 1989, I had enough cash to buy a terraced house in Middlesbrough, (£2-4k at the time). By the time I left Poly they were going for £30k, probably 3x that now.
