Do a chargeback.Last time I phoned orange i wanted to put my solo account on my system because the twat in asda some how managed to push the chip out of it so it wouldn't work anywhere. Unfortunately the card had somehow managed to cancel itself so it got refused to top me up. The lovely lady on the phone sympathised with me and gave me 50 free texts and a tiny bit of credit so i could send them.
