the only thing that works...get the name and address of the MD from companies house and write your complaint to him at home explaining that you have been driven to take this step by the sheer incompetence of his company and the fact that mick jagger wasn't the only one to get no satisfaction.
i guarantee he'll be on the phone the next day. i got #500 out of sainsburys for fucking up my smeg fridge order 4 times like this.
